Scientific Program

Scientific program at EOSAM 2020 includes the sessions of all topical meetings with submitted and invited oral presentations, poster presentations, keynote and plenary presentations (slots to be added into the schedule), special sessions and workshops, alongside with industrial program, and exhibition. All areas of optics and photonics are included within the 13 topical meetings and additional special sessions. Please note that this is a tentative schedule and changes on session times or days may occur. Detailed schedule will be published once submission phase is over. All scientific program takes place in the same venue, the Faculty of Engineering.


On Monday, 7 September, we start with tutorial talks on the topical meeting topics, as well as a physics autumn school. These are all open and free of charge to all EOSAM attendees, please register for the tutorials or autumn school in advance in Conftool. More information about the physics school to come.

In the evening, we welcome all EOSAM attendees to join us in the welcome reception.

On Tuesday, 8 September, we start the actual conference program with conference opening and follow with topical meeting sessions. 
Tuesday 9 - Friday 10 September will include all topical meeting sessions, plenary speakers, special sessions and more.

Submission is open until 30 April 2020 (Extended from 26 March). We invite you to submit and present your research to an international audience in Porto:
