The EOSAM Topical Meeting presentations will be available to registered attendees during the conference week as on-demand sessions.
Attendees can ask questions from the speakers during the week, and we ask our authors to respond to all questions by Thursday 14:00 CEST.
All sessions will be unavailable after Friday 11 September. The online proceedings will be published on 7 September 2020, and shared with all registered attendees.
Have a look below for the schedule of all EOSAM plenary talks, and the list of speakers within all Topical meeting sessions (ondemand).
Several topical meetings (TOMs) are planned in parallel for the EOSAM. See details for the TOMs and sessions from below list.
Submissions are welcomed for oral and poster presentations.
Presenters at EOSAM are kindly invited to consider the submission of a manuscript of their research to the EOS open-access online journal
JEOS: RP (Journal of the European Optical Society, Rapid Publications, jeos.springeropen.com).
The special “EOSAM 2020” issue includes all topics of the topical meetings.
Publication fee: 900 EUR for EOS Members, 1690 EUR Non-members
Submissions for the special issue opens on 7 September 2020, and ends on 12 November 2020.
JEOS:RP publishes articles about recent scientific research and technological innovation as well as review papers about a topic in science or innovation from the recent past. As EOSAM takes an online form this year, due to Covid-19, we want to support our researchers and will provide a platform for authors to publish their research (all topics included). All accepted abstracts will be published in the online conference proceedings in September, with no travelling required.
As this year is exceptional, and it is hardly possible to get new scientific findings published fast, to help the researchers, we extended the
submission deadline until 10 June 2020.
Normal review process is included, and all submitted and accepted papers will be published in the EOSAM online proceedings, open access, in the Web of Sciences, with DOI and indexation to CrossRef®.
In addition, authors will be asked to present the talk online (voluntary), either as live or pre-recorded. More details provided soon.
Submissions (2-page abstract) are welcomed for all the topical meetings (all topics of optics included!).
The topics are listed on each topical meeting site. Each topical meeting has their own program committee and chairs who will review the submissions.
