For the tenth time, the European Optical Society (EOS) is organizing a special session dedicated to EU initiatives and projects in Optics & Photonics. This year, the focus is on education. This session aims to showcase various initiatives designed to enhance the education of future Optics & Photonics professionals, strengthen the capabilities of the European university and research system, and explore how it can be improved to better meet the evolving demands of industry and the society.

The session is moderated by Neringa Noreikienė (EPIC – European Photonics Industry Consortium) and Goëry Genty (Tampere University).
