EOSAM will be held onsite in Tampere, Finland, 24-28 August 2026. We expect again around 500 attendees onsite. This is the perfect opportunity to connect, catch up, and network alongside the intriguing conference program. We look forward to seeing you in Tampere!

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Access to the industrial exhibition
- Coffee breaks (Monday to Friday)
- Lunches (Tuesday to Thursday)
- Networking reception (Cocktail reception hosted by Tampere City, at the Tampere City Hall)
- Conference Dinner on Thursday 27 August (fee of 20€ for conference participants)
- Additional Excursion possibility on Monday 24 August: Cruise to Viikinsaari island with light dinner (fee of 25€ for conference participants)
- Conference mobile app (available prior to the conference including schedule, abstracts, and list of participants and exhibitors)
For authors: - The possibility to submit to the EOSAM Topical Issue published in JEOS-RP after the conference with discounted fees
- Proceedings
- No additional publication fees for authors to publish in the online, open access proceedings, with DOI and indexation to CrossRef®
- Free online access to the published proceedings

Invited Speakers receive a discounted registration fee which can be activated by the invitation code at the registration in Conftool. This code is sent to the invited speakers by email. In case you didn't receive the code, please contact the organizing team at eosam[at]europeanoptics.org to request it.

VAT added according to Finnish VAT acts
All Fees are presented excluding VAT.
- All companies and private persons: VAT 25,5% added, according to the VAT Directive art 69d: service is sold in Finland when the event is organized in Finland.
Registration and Payment Policy:
- Registration for each preferred item is required during the registration process.
- For registered authors, the registration fee includes presenting and publication in the conference proceedings (online, open access, with DOI and indexation to CrossRef®), but publication in the proceedings is subject to acceptance during the submission phase. The author will choose in the submission stage if they want the abstract to be added in the proceedings, and should follow submission guidelines.
- By registering, attendees agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the event and the organizer.
- Registration must be fully paid before access to the conference is granted.
- Accepted payment methods are credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro) and wire transfer (NO CASH!)
- Once you have registered (whether paying by credit card or wire transfer), you will automatically receive an invoice from ConfTool that you can forward to your institution for payment.
- At least one author per submission is required to register for the meeting, and all other attending authors must register individually as well.
- Presenters of EOSAM 2026 can apply for a Visa invitation letter when registering in Conftool.
