REGISTRATION FEES

ONSITE REGISTRATION IS ALL-INCLUSIVE

The onsite registration (Full week / one day) includes it all: lunches and networking event/dinner¹, all scientific program, access to the industrial exhibition, coffees, welcome reception, etc. See below for full list of benefits.

One day fee: depending on the day chosen, that day's program and social events are included in the fee.

Early Bird fees available until 29 July 2021 (continued from 15 July)

Registration for online attendance open until 12 September 23:59 CEST.
Registration for onsite conference possible also during the conference week.

REGISTRATION FOR THE DINNER
Register for the dinner by 1 September 2021
¹Due to covid related restrictions in restaurant capacities, separate registration for networking/dinner required by 1 September (included in the onsite fee).

• By registering, attendees agree to the terms and conditions of the event and organizer.
   
• Payment policy: Registrations must be fully paid before access to the conference is allowed.
  Acceptable payment methods: credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Maestro), and wire transfer. Credit card payment is preferred. In exceptional cases, wire transfer is possible.
   

• At least one author per submission is requested to register for the meeting. Presenter registration deadline: 15 July 2021
