EOSAM 2025 Topical Issue
The European Optical Society Annual Meeting, EOSAM, took place in Delft, The Netherlands from 24–28 August 2025.
In addition to the conference proceedings, EOS offered participants the opportunity to submit an extended article about the results presented at the conference for publication in the peer-reviewed Journal of the European Optical Society – Rapid Publications (JEOS-RP). These articles were also gathered in the EOSAM 2025 Topical Issue of JEOS-RP.
"Recent Advances on Optics and Photonics 2026" Topical Issue
The 7th International Conference on Application of Optics and Photonics (AOP2026) will take place in Lisbon, Portugal from July 7 to 10, 2026.
In addition to the AOP 2026 Proceedings book, the European Optical Society, in cooperation with SPOF, offers participants the opportunity to submit an extended article on the results presented at AOP 2026 for inclusion in a Topical Issue of the Journal of the European Optical Society-Rapid Publications (JEOS-RP), entitled "Recent Advances on Optics and Photonics 2026".

The General World Congress for Optics and Photonics ICO-25 – OWLS-16 of the International Commission for Optics (ICO) and the international society for Optics Within Life Sciences (OWLS), took place in Dresden, Germany from 5–9 September 2022.
This special issue of the Journal of the European Optical Society – Rapid Publications (JEOS-RP), entitled "Advancing Society with Light, a special issue from general congress ICO-25 – OWLS-16-Dresden-Germany-2022", offers an excellent opportunity to look back at the congress.
